Accompanied the seafood grill stove is the “sauce for shellfish” – originally made by head chef of the Ninja Kingdom Ise. This handmade sauce is made from choice natural domestic materials, such as the blend of Hokkaido · Tosa · Daiozaki katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), Shiitake mushroom – product of Mie prefecture, dried sardines, dried whole horse mackerel and Hidaka’s kombu (dried kelp), etc. Please taste and feel the wholehearted commitment of the craftsman.

Only in this Ninja Kingdom Ise, the delicious Matsusaka beeves are offered at a reasonable price, because we purchase the whole Matsusaka cows of A4, A5 rank. Besides, we also stock and supply other good quality meats of Mie prefecture, such as Iga beef, Iga pork, Sakura pork, etc.
After a long time of tasting and comparing among different regions famous for production of eel in Japan, the Ninja Kingdom Ise’s craftsmen have chosen the premium eels of Kagoshima prefecture. These live eels will be cut and trimmed in front of the customers, then grilled carefully on charcoal fire. Grilled eel is crispy on the outside but aromatic, succulent and thick meat on the inside, plus the special sauce complementing the eel favor.

As a matter of fact, Nagoshima prefecture has the largest eel production in Japan. Especially, Osumi peninsula – with temperate climate of Kagoshima, a lot of eel fries and groundwater rich in minerals from volcanic soil – has been considered as ideal place having all of the best conditions for eel aquaculture.
The first-rate ramen is served with special chicken soup which made from a lot of bones of Kumano chicken – the pride of Mie prefecture. Please feel the harmony with the deep flavour of very thin noodle mixed with mellow chicken bone soup.

Using bones of the scarce Kumano chickens to make dashi, then combine with mixture of soy sauce (including soy sauce, sugar, mirin) to make a Japanese style ramen. Customers can enjoy the luxurious umami taste that extracted from ingredients, without using artifical seasoning. Because the soup cannot be made in a large amount, we will stop serving as soon as it is sold out. So, please come early!
We created menu that helps customers taste and compare different parts of “Kumano Chicken” – Mie prefecture’s unique local chicken with particularly deep umami taste. “Kumano Jitori” is a scarce local kind of chicken, only raised in Kumano city. It is the cross-breed of “Nagoya Kochin” with “Yakido” gamecock and famous “Ise Akadori” chicken of Mie prefecture. Customers can enjoy the refined original flavour of local chicken with elastic red meat quality.
We serve the sea bream – caught in Minami Ise – in a luxury style: The fishes will be skewered and salt grilled on a traditional Japanese sunken hearth (called “irori”). Customers can experience the deliciousness of fatty sea bream. Please enjoy the premium savour from fresh ingredients and dynamic cooking method of Ise Shima – seasoning fishes caught in local area with local salt. Ise udon is famous for its soft thick noodles. Our craftsman will boil noodles for a suitable time, then drain and mix them in well with the slightly sweet but thick sauce made from kombu, choice katsuobushi of Hokkaido, and shiitake mushroom of Mie prefecture. Try a taste of our special udon!

Springy super thick noodles mixed in well with soy sauce-based thick sauce is the distinction of Ise udon when eating. Ordinary udon takes only about 15 minutes to boil while Ise udon takes nearly an hour! In order to offer a unique mouthfeel with soft outside but springy inside, we are also very particular about the boiling method.
This special baumkuchen is made from leaves of Mie’s speciality “Ise tea” – kneaded on the spot of harvest – with rich milk of Ouchiyama dairy farming. The cake is daily made in the store and served to the customers. This cake is not only suitable to enjoy on the spot but also ideal to take home as souvenir. These cakes are made from plenty of milk of famous Ouchiyama dairy farming in Mie, and Ise tea leaves which are kneaded on the spot of harvest, then carefully baked in the store. The see-through glass kitchen of the store allows customers watch our cooking performance.
Our store serves various dishes (e.g., grilled Matsusaka beef skewers with mature soy sauce, mochi skewers with miso, mitarashi dango, soft serve ice-cream, ect.) that customers can feel free to eat when strolling around the Ninja Kingdom Ise. Please enjoy them with glee!

The craftsman of Ninja Kingdom Ise uses the best quality buckwheat flour cultivated in Yatsugatake plateau – where is famous for Japan’s best soba – to make soba by hand in front of the restaurant. We also pay much attention to “water” that has a big effect on soba flavour. Thus we pump up and use the sterile groundwater flowing on the bedrock from Miyagawa through Ise city towards Isuzu River. Customers will have a chance to enjoy Japan’s best of real delicious soba in Ise. Moreover, we also serve Tororo gohan, a superb rice bowl with first class grated Japanese mountain yam on top, and pure soy sauce. Shinshu’s soba masters use buckwheat flour and water – ordered from Yatsugatake plateau – to knead the dough from every early morning, according to the temperature and humidity of Ninja Kingdom Ise on that day, in order to offer the best soba to the customers.
“Koshihikari rice of Azumino” – produced by organic farming – along with water and cooking method are paid attention to make the finest quality rice balls. Besides, the rice bran used to make tsukemono (Japanese pickle) is also rice bran of Koshihikari rice. Therefore, these special pickled vegetables are dishes, which customers can only taste in Ninja Kingdom Ise. Koshihikari rice of Azumino is a rare type of rice which has been at least three times more expensive than Koshihikari rice on the market. Please enjoy these special rice balls, which are absolutely different from others made from ordinary rice.

Koshihikari rice of Azumino is a type of rice cultivated in Azumino, where has the perfect environment with fresh air, water and mineral rich soil. It also takes time and effort to plant this type of rice, because it is cultivated in organic farming method without using any chemical fertilizer. Because of the good flavour and safety, sometimes its price is up to 1,200 JPY per kilo. We are proud to declare that this is the safe rice that everyone can eat.
“Luo Han Guo” sweetener – which is rich in minerals and has antioxidant effect – is collaborated with Ise matcha. Customers can enjoy the flavour of Luo Han Guo via sweets and drinks. The store also operates at night as a bar. Customers can drink wine, beer and sing karaoke.
